MJC Policy

PAYMENT: All sales are final once placed. Payments must be made at checkout and tax is charged as a requirement by law.

RETURNS: Customers should also be aware of the posted sizing on necklaces, rings, cuffs, etc. before purchasing. None can be resized or returned if already posted for sale.

REPAIRS: Earring repairs are at my expense up to one year after the original purchase date. If able, I can make a replacement earring or refund the full purchase at that time. I will restring any necklaces made by me free of charge the first time. If the same necklace needs restrung again, the buyer must pay the $12 restring fee. I recommend hanging your necklaces for storage and to avoid repeated damages.

CUSTOMS: Custom spots will be limited when available. When purchasing a spot, the customer is required to make a $50 *nonrefundable* downpayment to save that spot. After a design is discussed, an estimated price will be shared, but the customer is not required to make the full payment on the piece until it has been finished. Pieces will not ship without the full payment.

DAMAGES: If a stone falls out of a piece, I can reset it IF the stone is sent with the piece. In most instances, I cannot replace the stone itself. If stones are loose upon arrival please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

DELIVERY: Mound Jewelry Co is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once dropped off at the post office, it is *unfortunately* out of our control. Mound Jewelry Co is not responsible for shipping to 'incorrect' addresses, or for sizing errors. Customers are responsible for inputting the correct address into the shipping tab and must contact me prior to shipping if there needs to be a change.
